Most people with digestive problems are confused about what to eat because so many foods trigger their symptoms. My signature nutrition & lifestyle framework helps you eliminate symptoms so you can nourish your gut and eat with confidence.
Let's be honest, you're here because your digestion is a wreck
- You’ve been sucked into the Dr. Google rabbit hole more times than you can count to figure out what’s causing your symptoms.
- You’ve tried every elimination diet under the sun to heal your gut with no avail.
- Your stomach pain, bloating and digestive upset dictate how you live your life.
- Confusion & overwhelm around all the mixed messages you see in the media around nutrition and gut health leaves you feeling as if you’ll never “figure it out.”
- You’ve lost count of how many social events have been ruined by a sudden flare in your symptoms.
- You’ve spent hundreds, maybe thousands on flashy protocols or products that failed to offer lasting relief.
- You know where all the “secret” bathrooms are at work, school & around town.
Don't accept your digestive concerns as a way of life...
You have a LOT of knowledge about this stuff, but you’ve reached a point where you don’t know how to fit the pieces of the puzzle together.
Psst... you don't have to figure it out alone anymore.
My signature framework, The Gut Health Blueprint, addresses the root cause of digestive dysfunction using 3 core pillars:
There are trillions of microorganisms living in your intestinal tract that make up your gut microbiota. Through a detailed nutrition and health history and functional lab work, we’ll gain a thorough understanding of any imbalances that exist in your gut microbiome. In some cases, people don’t have enough “good” bacteria, in other cases there may not be a wide variety of bacterial species in the gut, both are important factors for a healthy microbiome. These imbalances can result from a variety of diet and lifestyle factors and can often explain why you struggle to tolerate so many foods. Using a holistic approach, we’ll implement interventions to restore and rebalance your microbiome.
There’s no one size fits all approach when it comes to nutrition for gut health. What works for your friend, might send you running to the closest bathroom. Nutrition can play a key role in symptom management, but often clients resort to skipping meals or eliminating too many foods which can actually WORSEN gut issues. During our time together, we’ll develop of plan that fits your preferences and your lifestyle, while ensuring you have all the nutrients you need to support improved health and wellness. The goal is always as few restrictions as possible to keep eating simple and satisfying.
Mindfulness is an essential, yet often overlooked component of achieving and maintaining optimal gut health. I’ll teach you how to integrate effective mindfulness practices that reduce stress and improve digestive function to strengthen the gut-brain connection. As you master mindfulness techniques, you’ll start to notice the close link between your thoughts and emotions and how they impact digestive function. Over time, you’ll become an expert at listening to and understanding the innate wisdom of your body, allowing you to rely on internal vs external cues to nourish yourself.
I'm here to guide you, every step of the way
