I help people with digestive distress eliminate bloating and pain so they can feel their best every day while enjoying the foods they love. Unlike restrictive diets that offer temporary relief at best, I help my clients uncover the root cause of their symptoms and heal their gut with my 5 step method, allowing them to achieve lasting digestive wellness. With expertise in digestive health and the Intuitive Eating framework, I use a combination of holistic approaches to help clients manage chronic GI conditions and make peace with food once and for all.

This is how you get started:
To begin working together, use the online booking tool to schedule your initial consultation. Our first session together is an opportunity for me to understand the “full picture.” During this 60 minute session, I will be doing a lot of listening while you tell your story. I’ll also ask a lot of questions about your goals, vision & health history. At the end, you’ll have a plan for how to get started in making nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Next, you’ll schedule your follow up session. Frequency of follow up depends on the complexity of the case and what changes need to be made to support health. Generally, patients follow up every 2-4 weeks until they’ve integrated the recommended nutrition changes into their lifestyle or until their symptoms are resolved or well controlled. During these sessions, you’ll receive personalized nutrition education and counseling to support your unique goals.
During continued follow ups, we’ll strategize ways for you to maintain these new lifestyle habits so you can continue to feel well for good. Life happens and it’s important we develop a toolbox to help you achieve sustainable results no matter what curveballs life throws your way. After we’ve completed most of our work together, some patients choose to follow up as needed to check in and monitor their health and nutrition.
